for a cat.
Roscoe was the winner of the drawing from the White Rock Lake Festival. He’s a big, goofy, happy golden – he actually reminded me a lot of my Belle (but a red version). He has a lovely, spacious, green backyard to roam, fabulous “parents,” and the most adorable human sister ever — Roscoe’s got it pretty good.
He took no time to warm up — a people dog, that one. And a big fan of my chicken chips.
A *very* brief moment of a more serious look…
Doesn’t last long.
A short break….
And we’re back in action.
Squirrel? Did you say squirrel?
I wasn’t sure if he was convinced he wasn’t worthy… or if he just wanted some more chicken chips. I’m guessing the latter.
LOVE the curly butt.
After getting into a bit of a mess, Roscoe decided he was over the whole photo shoot thing and retreated to the porch for a rest.
He is quite a charmer 🙂 Such thick lustrous fur too!
Scruffy’s a seven month old PBGV pup, and she’s a handful. A little crazy (she’s still got a lot of puppy in her), but, you have to admit, she’s pretty darn adorable.
She’s had the orange bumpy ball for months, but is just now able to carry it around herself.
ZOOMIES!
Her markings are pretty unique when you look closely — tortoiseshell-y.
Thought I’d try a different processing technique on this one…
A truly amazing dog…it’s easy to see why the PBGV is so popular.
I especially love the 3rd one from the bottom. Makes me wanna go find MY Scruffy and hand her over to this Scruffy.
Awwww… so cute! I love the eyeball shot – you can just make out her crazy-long eyelashes.
This past weekend, Fair Park opened up the Cotton Bowl to the four-legged and their friends. We finally had some decent weather, so I took one of mine for a little while. It definitely seemed like lots of fun was being had by all.
Loved the boxer bridge (she seemed to be totally oblivious to the traffic under her)…
My girl had fun – and mostly behaved.

These are great! I love the jumping shots….and that bulldog.
